Beachbody Results: Seth Lost 67 Pounds!

Seth Carden lost 67 lbs. with The Master’s Hammer and Chisel and 22 Minute Hard Corps. Here’s the story that he shared with the Beachbody Challenge contest.

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
These are the results of my whole journey since this past January. I started with The Master’s Hammer and Chisel, then went on to 22 Minute Hard Corps. Now I’m doing a 30-day Hammer challenge! Before I never worked out. I was extremely lazy and just wanted to eat and sleep. I had no confidence in myself and tried to hide from everyone. I started to have bad health issues; having high blood pressure at age 20 is not good. Now this has changed my life forever, and I’m so thankful to have found Beachbody!

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I saw Success Stories through my friend on Facebook, who is now my Beachbody Coach, and really wanted to have those same results.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
I would honestly say my biggest challenge before starting was just having confidence in myself and believing I could do something. These Beachbody programs showed me I could overcome anything if I stuck my mind to it, and I’m extremely happy with doing the program! It helped me overcome because I have a great supportive team that keeps me motivated. I knew I would see the results if I committed to it, and I did!

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I really liked these programs because they’re short and to the point. I don’t have to spend hours in the gym to feel like I got a great workout in. These programs work!

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I saw amazing results! From doing all of these programs, I’m down 67 pounds! I’m in the best shape of my life, and I have my life back. I never thought simply working out and eating healthier could change my life like it has, but I’m so thankful!

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
It’s changed in a lot of ways. Every day I look forward to working out and don’t just want to go home. l sleep better! I have more energy throughout the workday and just look forward to life every day. I feel better about how I look but I’m going to continue with another round to see even better results. I’m very thankful for my Beachbody Coaches for their support to help me follow the program.

How did participating in a Challenge Group help you reach your goals? How did your group support you and keep you accountable?
Every day I would see posts within the group, which would help keep me straight on my eating habits, and keep me motivated to get through my workout even on days when I didn’t feel like doing it. It was a really supportive group.

How did your Team Beachbody Coach support you on your journey?
Nick was always there for me whenever I needed any information on anything. Also, when I would tell him my progress here and there, he would send me Shakeology samples of a different flavor, which I thought was very cool and helped to keep me motivated!

How did a Beachbody supplement, nutritional product, or program (such as Shakeology or Beachbody Ultimate Reset) support your transformation? What are the greatest benefits you gained? Did you see benefits to your energy, sleep, mood/mental clarity, or digestion/regularity?
Shakeology was amazing! It made breakfast every morning simple, and I knew it was the healthiest thing I could have. After about a week, I noticed I had a lot more energy and was always feeling great. It did help with my digestion as well! I really enjoy using Shakeology!2
